Marty joins Inkwell Sports Solutions with 25 years of experience in coaching soccer at the collegiate level, developing student-athletes and staff members to become great leaders. He has a passion for seeing people grow personally and achieve professionally.

In his coaching career, Marty has left an impression everywhere he has gone, guiding teams to conference championships, conference tournament championships, and NCAA appearances. He has also garnered coach of the year honors.

His leadership has also impacted the student-athletes within his programs, with his teams seeing top academic achievement and individual academic success.
